Ken helped my family sell my mother's house after she moved to be closer with us here in Seattle. He brought us several offers, provided honest and thoughtful advice, managed too many logistical details to mention, and went out of his way to make sure that the house was represented beautifully in our absence.

In the middle of one of the coldest and most difficult winters Madison has seen - Ken sold Mom's house for a very good price. This is a testament to his expertise and abilities. If you're looking for someone you can trust, someone who understands the market/pricing and how to negotiate, and someone who has a heart of gold, Ken is the agent for you.

I really liked Ken, I'd give him a 4.5 if that were an option, but I don't think I'd go as high as 5. He is very honest and very quick to respond to any inquiries. He is more than willing to work around your schedule and make time for you. The reason I don't think I'll give him 5 stars is that I didn't find him to be overly proactive in terms of finding a home. He occasionally sent some things my way, but left a lot of the looking up to me. A lot of that I think had to do with me (I was sort of looking on and off for months), but I get the feeling that's just part of his style too. Some people may not like that, but I was fine with it because it fit my style and how I was looking. It seems possible to me that he may very well change up is style based on the client too - if you are very actively looking, he may be a little more proactive himself.

I found Ken through Zillow property searches. We were looking for a condo and had been searching online for over a year and briefly used another real estate agent. Ken was very responsive to my initial inquiry and found a listing that we hadn't seen before. We put in an offer and the rest is history. We are not first time home buyers, but yet through the process, we still had questions that Ken very patiently answered in a timely manner. I felt like Ken worked around the clock for us. We weren't living in the state when we were looking at houses, and Ken went out of his way to accommodate us, frequently looking at houses as they were listed and letting us know when one came on the market or changed in price that fit the description we gave him.
